As a Mobile Application Designer, you will be responsible for designing aesthetically pleasing and functionally robust mobile applications for our diverse client base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs and user expectations into compelling, intuitive, and engaging mobile experiences.​

What You’ll Do

  1. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

  2. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

  3. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

  4. Take smart risks and champion new ideas.

  5. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience as a Mobile App Designer or similar role.

  2. A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions.

  3. Proficiency in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and the like. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.

  4. Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.

  5. Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

  6. A solid grasp of user-centered design, testing methodologies, usability, and accessibility concerns.

  7. Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

  8. A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.

  9. Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.

  10. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
